James Lambdin

jim-lambdin President and Chief Executive Officer of Lambdin Development Company and Managing Member of several closely held affiliates. Mr. Lambdin has been involved in real estate development in Harford and Cecil Counties since 1987. Formerly, President and CEO of Art Builders, Inc. and Ward and Lambdin, Inc. Mr. Lambdin had previous careers with First National Bank of Maryland (now M & T Bank) and with the international financial consulting firm of Ernst and Ernst. He holds a Bachelor of Science – Accounting degree from the University of Baltimore and a Masters of Finance from the Sellinger School of Business and Management at Loyola University.

Mr. Lambdin has numerous professional affiliations including Vice Chairman/Board Member of Upper Chesapeake Health System, Board Member of Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation, Board Member Harford Community College Foundation, Director M&T Bank Advisory Board, Member of Harford and Cecil County Chambers of Commerce, Member of Home Builders Association of Maryland, Charter Member of Harford Business for Responsible Government. Prior associations include Board Member of the Arc Northern Chesapeake Region Foundation, Director of Harford County Economic Development Advisory Board serving as Chairman of the Finance Committee and the Harford County Revolving Loan Fund, Inc., Member of Lower Susquehanna Heritage Greenway, Member of Cecil College Foundation Board, former director Cecil Land Trust Board and Board Member of the YMCA (Towson).

dann-mayProperty Manager and Vice President of Administration for all operating companies, Ms. May has been with the organization since 1992. Responsible for all aspects of property administration including tenant relations, facility management, coordination of leasing efforts, homeowners association oversight and management of business activities, she is the most valuable contributor to the company’s success. Formerly with Harford Community College, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
